Change of printer doesn't matter. The ISBN refers primarily  to the edition, not the printer. However the ISBN is owned by the publisher so unless you own the ISBN you can't use it. (i.e. if the ISBN is a free Lulu one).

You can't reuse an ISBN for a different book, if the original was published.
