No, you have to have a unique ISBN for each format of a book, even if it is the same book. You will have to get a new ISBN for you eBooks.

Hi Mickeyson,
Science#1 is correct. You will need a different isbn for each separate project. Although the books may have the exactly same content and title, they are each separate projects. The ISBN is liked to the actual project number and project type. An ebook is registered differently from a print book in the ISBN databases; same goes for hardback vs paperback and any other differences such as these. I hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
David K.
