An ISSN is for periodicals, an ISBN is for books.

My publication is updated every 12 months with the previous years magazine issues. These are indexed and updated to the new edition. If I need to have an ISBN to enable the publication to be available in the public arena then I may after to do that. This is my problem, what to do?
