Getting the ISBN Screen in the Wizard

I use the wizard, selecting the options that ought not to disallow ISBNS (standard paper, U.S. Trade 6" x 9", Perfect-bound, Black and White) and click Save & Continue, but instead of any ISBN options, as the video here says come next, I get the file upload screen. I can't get the option to get an ISBN number. What am I doing wrong?

OK, I figured out my own problem. In case anyone else made the same mistake as me and are confused as I was, check the very first page of the wizard and see if you had the 'Keep it private' radio button selected. I now see that I had to select 'Make it public and assign an ISBN.'

You and me both.....  I get a lot of the same errors and I don't think it's us

It is not an error, it's very basic. If you have it set on Private then you have no need of an ISBN so it will not let you have one. :-)
