Re: Does a second edition remove first edition?

Version vis Edition.

If you just update the content (correcting typos etc) and still publish it as the same edition then it will be a new version of the same edition and you keep the iSBN.

That clears one point but I need to change a content page. How do you remove the faulty file and replace it with the new one? If I republish does the computer accept the latest date on the PDF content file. And where is the command to update an already published project?

Help Please

Re: Does a second edition remove first edition?

While waiting for a reply to my query I solved the problem! To help anyone in the same boat, I used the revise function to the right of the title. This meant that I could upload a revised PDF for the inner content and retain the EXISTING COVER with its EXISTING ISBN. The revise function listed under Project at the right takes you to the information page where you can reset your discounts. The faulty copy then disappeared replaced by the new version. Hope this helps someone!
