Can't see how to purchase GlobalReach

I am ready to pay for globalreach distribution.

The book is 6" x 9", listed as general not private, has an ISBN - has been confirmed by live chat over the last few weeks as eligible for GlobalReach

and yet

There is no 'manage' button next to the book title on the My Lulu projects page.

It's so frustrating

Can somebody tell me HOW I can get Global Reach?

Revise the project.
In revision step back to the earliest part of the publishing wizard and then step forward.
