My book has just appeared on Amazon uk but it's saying it's not been released yet. How can this be when it's already for sale here at lulu...?
Also there is no image of the book at Amazon and no details of the plot nor author bio. There was a place where I could identify myself as the author and give some plot details and an author bio, but when I clicked 'submi' they didn't appear on the page.
I paid for global reach and am now wondering if I've been stiffed...!

No, you haven't been stiffed. If you've enabled GlobalReach, Amazon doesn't get all the information direct from Lulu, they get parts of it from other places such as Books-in-Print and the distributor.
Once a book has been made available to Amazon to list, it can take Amazon up to 3 weeks to fully update the listing to include the cover, synopsis and author bio - because they update the listing in stages as they get the information not just from Lulu (other places such as Books-in-Print and the distributor).
If an author/publisher updates the details themselves, it does take Amazon couple of business days to update that information because they crosscheck the information with information listed in the other databases.

I don't know where else to post this. I bought 2 proofs (Actually 4 because selling in 2 volumes.) of my book and no revision this time and there is no button to click on my LULU page to approve the proof for extended reach. Must I purchase Global reach to get the book on Amaozn..? I am afraid if I do will still have same problem and no answers.
This is the second time I asked this question and contacted LULU this time; no reply from LULU yet. One community member gave me button directions; click approve/deny but this button never shows on my LULU. There is nothing there to order distrubition; just goes to global reach page, trying to get me to buy for $75.00.

I'll try and link this to your other message.
It's not helpful having 2 separte threads.
