A question about iTunes listing

Hi folks,

My ebook "The Shaman and Snow White" is now listed on iTunes. A reader contacted me today saying they would like to purchase it, but the listing says the book is "1 page".

He said he did not have confidence making a purchase because of this. In the end I directed him to Lulu where he can purcahse it direct.

Is this normal for a Lulu eBook? Is there a technical problem with my book?

Thanks for any help offered.

Simon,
You should raise this matter with Support and ask them for an answer from Lulu's EPUB QA Team.

If you created with the Lulu Word to EPUB converter that could be the reason why. It is just one one page but 'x' thousands characters in size.

Re: A question about iTunes listing

Cheers Ken

My eBook was produced by a professional ebook designer, and not in word.

Re: A question about iTunes listing

Did you uploaded the .doc or .docx version?

.docx is better, because it saves word in a type of "web" format which can be easily transferable.

I'm still waiting for my books to show up on iTunes, so hopefully they won't come out wrong as I uploaded them to Lulu as .docx to begin with lol :smileyvery-happy:
