I recently closed an email account which was linked to paypal, I then added a new account to my paypal account and deleted the old one, but forgot to update the remittance settings in my Lulu account. As a result, my last revenue payment (30th August) did not go into my paypal account (it would have been sent to the old paypal email address which no longer existed). When I realised what had happened, I updated my remittance settings and spoke to a live chat operator at Lulu, who told me that the payment would be re-sent this month. That hasn't happened, so I contacted another operator today who forwarded the details to the accounts dept.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience of this - am I likely to incur some hefty admin fee because of my mistake? or maybe worse - lose that months revenue?

I got an email from accounts yesterday saying that the payment they sent in August was returned unclaimed by paypal, and that they have cancelled the payment, which will be payable again at the end of Oct.
