Hello Fellow Lulus,
I am excited to introduce my very first published ebook, "Animal Alliterati - An Alphabet Adventure" written and illustrated by Travis Tom. It just launched this past week and hoping the approval to distribute with the iBookstore is not far away.

Animal Alliterati - An Alphabet Adventure, written and illustrated by Travis Tom, is an alphabet book fully illustrated with animals from A to Z. The book is written in alliteration for each letter of the alphabet making it a quirky tongue-twisting fun read. For example: "An alligator, ant and astronaut ate apples and asparagus alone at an art agency". Imagine what each letter of the alphabet has in store..."Clucking Chickens..., GrayGiraffes..., Magical Monkeys..., Two Twin Turtles..., and Zealous Zippy Zebras."
It's been almost a year and half since the first seed was planted about producing this book. The journey has been adventurous and educational. I am a graphic designer, illustrator and icon specialist by profession and have plenty of ideas for promoting my book thanks to the many suggestions in the discussion boards.
I would like to share some marketing ideas:
• create some tee-shirts so I'll have some walking billboards with Pigasso Press, Animal Alliterati and url
• bookmarks featuring artwork from the book with brief description and url, leave at appropriate stores and offices (by permission of course)
• postcards - use for mailings and book signings since it is only in eBook format right now
• flyers - distributed to schools and store front windows
• possible book readings on an iPad2 to classrooms and organizations like Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts events.
• press releases sent to alma mater and newspapers
Another promotion:
Become a fan on Facebook and Like Pigasso Press, the imprint and social media home for promoting Animal Alliterati and other works of art. Follow Pigasso Press and see how the adventure unfolds. Get cool stuff FREE! Kid’s can enter coloring contests in 2012 for fun prizes! (i would offer pdf downloads of prints, monthly calendars, coloring pages, gift tags, bookmarks, etc. - the coloring contests would be from letters of the alphabet from the coloring book and kids submit it to be posted on a site).

Thanks for the insight. I reposted there. I also discovered my book is now in the iBookstore. The preview page is the first page - copyright page. Is there a way to redirect this to a different page or image preview?
