I'v e tried loading an image by EDIT PICTURE, Use different file, upload file, browse and upload (file was 330kB 1175x1527 pi) a colour photograph from a digital camera. Came up OK, but tried to ACCEPT and nothing happened, even when I left it 10 minutes.

What am I doing wrong? The uploaded file (JPG) was listed in MYFiles.

I hate to say it but I am glad you got the same problem because I am battling for to days with this and get the same results. I also left a message here and get always told to this and that but whenyou get to accept it doesn't.  After that where is the button to click on to be uploaded for the public to order it.  Maybe now being the two of us it might get resolved. I am sorry to bother you but since you found the magical key and I am not very good in computer technology would you be so kind and let me know how to do it. I have Google Chrome on my computer so what to I have to do?  I was was given a rude answer being pointed out that I only register now I should complain. I was only told I should use a different browser.

I came to your message again and saw that you were advised to use Google Chrome and you said it worked. Please be so kind and tell me what to do.

The advice you were given was the same advice given here.

It was not a rude answer it was a statement not to say that the program was broken when you had no experience of using unlike the thousands who do and without problem.

Again a rude answer. You told alanhouse who had the same problem to use Google Chrome and me to change the browser. Admitted I am not a Computer wissard therefore need more help.  But if alanhouse has the same problem it can't be me it must be the sytem or program.  Another answer I had from your to use the Publish Wissard. Obviously I used it already.

Hello Maria, Sorry to hear of your problems. As you know I tried changing the image on my front cover. I wanted to load a photo from a file on my computer. So I uploaded the photo (altered so it was the correct dimensions etc) using the EDIT on the image. The picture came up OK and the next stage is to ACCEPT or CANCEL. When I pressed ACCEPT, nothing happened. I repeated this a few times, tried the whole process again and waited 10 minutes but the only button that worked was CANCEL. Anyway, then I queried this and got a reply to try another BROWSER. I also have GOOGLE CHROME and FIREFOX (was using EXPLORER as my browser) browsers. So I load GOOGLE CHROME and went to the LULU site (had to log in etc) and then to REVISE my project. Need to go to MARKETING IMAGE to design and then in IMAGE PROPERTIES select  BACKGROUND AND PICTURES and then the default cover image icon appears so you can then EDIT this. I chose to upload a JPG or picture file (saved from a digital camera or scanned etc) but you can go to LULU library (incidentally I tried this with EXPLORER and it did'nt ACCEPT these either). Anyway, the JPG file loaded alright and the ACCEPT button worked so went on to save image etc.
