ePub Converter Download?

I was reading over the requirements for submitting an eBook to Lulu, and the eBook guide made a few references to a Lulu ePub Converter to change your files from to the ePub format. However I can't seem to find a download location for this program. Do I submit the file to Lulu and they convert it, or is there a way I can do it myself?

so long as it's properly formatted you submit it and lulu does the conversion...there are some guides on how to properly format a document for the converter in the help sections...

It is not a download, it is an on-line tool Project Wizard. Look at your My Lulu and you will see the list of Project Wizards available.

Money? It is free, even the guide is free, and you are talking to users of Lulu, not to Lulu staff ...
