Why haven't I been paid?

It is really easy to set up your account to get paid, but it is also really easy to unknowingly skip a step and miss out on your benjamins! Here are some common reasons why you might be missing out:

1. Go to the Remittance Contact Information page:
   a. If you have not entered your info, do so now
   b. If you have entered your info, what payment method did you choose and has the date pased
   When Creator Revenues are paid by payment method
2. Go to My Revenue and set "Viewing Report for" to "the current date" and go to the "Detail" tab
   Here you will see sales dates and can determine if minimum requirements were met for your selected payment method
   When Creator Revenues are paid by payment method
3. If your account is set up for Creator Revenue Split, the Remittance Contact Information page DOES NOT APPLY. Payees must be entered or edited as an “Author” in your Contact List
   The "Creator Revenue Split" tab under "Recent Revenue" in My Revenue will show payee details. The same minimum payment requirements apply to each payee.

If minimum payment terms were met, your payments may be on hold. Please contact Support.

If you just entered your Remittance Information, the next regular payment date for the payment method you chose applies.

I hope this helps explain some of the "idiosyncrasies" of payments and helps get the money rolling in!

Ken, how do I track sales and revenue of my epub in the ibookstore and Barnes and Noble?

I closed my account about 3 weeks ago and there were about $65 in unpaid royalties still in my account.  When can I expect to receive that money?

I can only suggest regular monitoring of My Lulu, My Revenue.
You may need to wait for Month Ends.
