What's the Difference between Royalties Posted and Other Revenues Posted

I would like to know what the difference is between Royalties Posted and Other Revenues Posted, and also why does my total Creator Revenue appear to be higher in the Detail and Summary tabs than the actual amount I have been paid under Total Creator Revenues Posted in the Overview tab. It's not at all clear what is going on here - I assume withholding is already being deducted from the sums reported in Detail and Summary as the amounts for US sales are always lower. Is this a currency exchange thing? If so the estimate vs the actual seems to be rather large!

You need to read these help pages:

http://http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Creator-Revenues-FAQ/What-is-the-difference-between-creator-revenu...

http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Creator-Revenues-FAQ/When-does-a-royalty-become-subject-to-withholding/ta...

http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Creator-Revenues-FAQ/Why-are-only-part-of-my-creator-revenues-being-withh...

http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Creator-Revenues-FAQ/What-are-Royalties/ta-p/31843

Basically, tax gets withheld if you have a Lulu ISBN and you make a sale in the US.

If there seems to be a discrepancy in the amounts on your revenue section, then you should contact Support.

Hope that helps.

Kind Regards

I'm going to contact support as it seems posting in the forum isn't very helpful.

Mark, Remember that this is User-2-User forum and fellow users can only offer you general advice on personal issues such as yours. Your original question did not provide sufficient information to enable anyone to provide a more detailed answer. If you had copied the your revenue tables than perhaps someone could have done so. Personally I ddn't fully understand the points you were trying to make which is why I refrained from answering. I have absolutely no problems with my revenue reports or in understanding them. Yes, for specific account issues you should always contact Support. They have access to your account, they are employed by Lulu and actually get paid to answer questions.
