What is the maximum number of pages in preview when you choose your own individual pages?

I have entered 1,3,5,7  (etc.) because every other page is blank in my coloring book, but I can only enter 10 pages in all.

The solution is here to create and upload your own preview from the original and deleting the blanks.

If I choose to upload all of the pages (which are 76), then how do I delete half of them that are blank?

You have to do that yourself by editing the original document to create a preview document.

Try experimenting with a few pages first.

Ken is absolutely correct. You may be able to also use our preview creator to select only the pages you want to preview (i.e. all the non-blank ones), but creating your own is likely the most effective solution.

In creating my own by uploading images, it seems like I can only upload one image and that's it.  If I back-arrow I get the upload image thing again, and if I upload a different image, that seems to replace the first one rather than adding to it.  I did finally just put in what number pages I wanted, and that seemed to work although sometimes I get a message that says:

 

"Added numbers" then "Please select a preview type.  It looks like you may have tried to use a page range that doesn't make sense.  Please double check it".

Well, in this case I have not used any page ranges like 1-5 but odd-numbered pages like 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25,27,29         so I don't know why it is giving me that message.
Apparently my brain just does not jell with your software.  Sorry.

No, you can't upload images like that to do it.

As I've tried to explain to you before you can create a custom preview by creating a custom book and converting that to a PDF to upload as the Preview.

In simple terms, use your editing tool say Word or InDesign to create a new document containing just the pages you want in your preview. Then convert that to a PDF, Lulu will not convert it to a preview for you in that mode.

There are two alternatives:
The first is to download the print ready file (PDF) from your Lulu project and then use Adobe Acrobat Professional to delete the blank pages to create a new PDF and then upload that PDF as your Preview.
Secondly, if you are unable to do that for your self then send me the PDF and I'll do it for you - free of charge of course.

The trouble with that though, there is a 2mb upload limit for previews. Also, that page range selection in that style is allowed, but to me because it's reported as having worked then not worked,  my guess is, it is near but not over the limit. But as we know on Lulu, if you take things to the official limits, things seems to strain as if it's still too much. I think once it loads, don't tempt fate, and leave it.  HBH
