What happened to the PRINT versions of my books?

After not using lulu.com for several months I just tried to order PRINTED copies of several of my books. However, the only purchasing option now seems to be the PDF eBook version! I've looked at a number of help/info files, but I can't find any way to restore the option to order PRINTED versions of my books. Any suggestions/thoughts would be greatly appreciated...

P.S. Yesterday I sent a "help" request to lulu, but have not yet heard back. (I'd really like to solve this problem quickly & take advantage of a discount that is only good thru April 6!)

same problem over here... i found a couple of my books in my storefront, but the most important one I need to order TODAY has completely disappeared. I ordered over 2000 books in the last years, and never have seen such a mess. Looks to me like Lulu is falling apart, but they are not admitting to their problems. I am surprised that there are not more complaints. I find this unacceptable.

I can still see the book I want to order on the 'recent project page' but when i click on the order button it takes me to a website that tells me: 

"Hmmm, we can't find this product, but we have many other great offerings! "

this is extremely anoying, and not a single response from the lulu team either!

Did you have ISBNs? If so see if they are still on Amazon for a start.

Unfortunately(?) I do not have any ISBN numbers since my books are only for "family" use. I require purchasers to use a Direct Access number when buying a copy of a book.

Hi wbrells,

Thanks for writing in.  We are experiencing a higher volume over the past week.  Our goal is normally to reply to all cases within 24 to 48 hours, but we are behind, slowly catching up.  Thanks for your continued patience as we work through our queue.  We expect to be back to normal processing times by the end of next week.

In the meantime, the forums can offer peer support for generic issues.  Specific issues requiring attention from the Customer Voice team still need a submitted case.

Unfortunately, using "spotlight" did not seem to help. In the past, I've told family members that they can order copies of my books by going to www.lulu.com/content/nnnnnnn where nnnnnnn represents the Direct Access "link" number for a particular book. Now, though, when I try this approach lulu says that it cannot find the book. It really seems that ALL of the PRINTED versions of my books have been removed!!! I really hope this is just a temporary situation and that my books will be restored ASAP... Wayne
