Uploading Files - again

Hi, I have spent two long days trying to upload files to a project, something I have done so many times before but they are not uploading at all. I use OpenOffice and I export vis PDF - there are two other options after I do that one is to send my PDF by PDF or FDF and now I am getting confused, can anyone help. I am going out for a while so I shall leave my thanks in advance.

James,
Use FTP to upload the PDFs to your My Files area rather than uploading in the Project.
Then in File Upload Stage of the wizard select the file from your My Files.

Good day.

I have published numerous publications on Lulu but for the past 6 weeks, I haven't been able to upload files without an error message that states "File upload error. Check network connection." I am on the internet right now so I'm not sure why I keep getting the same message over and over. I tried to upload a new file and a new project but the same message popped up. I have clients who have been waiting for 6 weeks and have already paid for my services. Please advise what I should do about this. I don't have a problem with any other site but Lulu.
