I just want to say thank you to the customer service team. I placed an order on the 18th March and although it didn't arrive in the estimated time I contacted LULU and had a prompt reply that they would look into it after 14 days were up. Fair do I had a mail this morning saying it was their fault I didnt receive my order and they have upgraded my delivery to overnight ups. My book is due this morning. Thank you, I will continue to use this service again for my next book

Hmm. Thats interesting. I've had problems with orders recently too. Fair play to Lulu, they upgraded mine to overnight delivery too, once they identified the problem.
I wonder if this recent spate of problems is to do with hitches in the upgrade to their service and checkout process?
