Thank you

I just want to say thank you to the customer service team.  I placed an order on the 18th March and although it didn't arrive in the estimated time I contacted LULU and had a prompt reply that they would look into it after 14 days were up.  Fair do I had a mail this morning saying it was their fault I didnt receive my order and they have upgraded my delivery to overnight ups. My book is due this morning.  Thank you, I will continue to use this service again for my next book:smileyhappy:

Hmm. Thats interesting. I've had problems with orders recently too. Fair play to Lulu, they upgraded mine to overnight delivery too, once they identified the problem.

I wonder if this recent spate of problems is to do with hitches in the upgrade to their service and checkout process?

I ordered 15 copies of my book on 27th March and received them on 2nd April, so no problems here.

(I even got an extra copy for free!)
