I am losing my patience with your support services...
I've been trying to get help through email support since i receved my order a week ago. this matter is very important and i would appreciate help. I am now sitting here with 10 useless copies of my porfolio because of a printing error. The pages within the booklet were printed and bound one page off. Every layout (2 facing pages) is cut off and continued on the back side of that page. Please help as i need to submit this as soon as possible as a school project.

seems to be an issue with this site. They have no problem taking your money, but when you need them, they can't be reached. I have learned about another site and I think I will be switching to that one.

gpzeiss - You should report the problem using the form on the Support page. You should send full details of the problem and if at all possible include photos showing the problem. Support staff will respnd to you but this may take two or three days. You just have to be patient..
Did you download and check the Print Ready File (PDF) before completing the project?
If not then I suggest that you and download that PDF now.
