Sales confusion

1. Does Lulu's report distinguish between books ordered from it and those ordered by Amazon? I assumed the extended reach addition to the sales description had to do with Amazon sales because you do not need distribution to sell on Lulu. However, can't see any sales on Amazon.

2. On the 31st march I had a sale of my First Edition. Problem is that's impossible because I unpublished/removed it from Lulu months ago. Unless Lulu have taken to keeping stock?

3. How do I tell the difference beween my purchases and those purchased by others? They all seem to have revenue associated with them, but I have bought 3 of late so that cannot be.

Thanks! :smileywink:

Re: Sales confusion

After the recent software update the reporting structure has changed.

Yes and no. Sales via Lulu will say PRINT, other sales will be DISTRIBUTION. This probably means Amazon but could possibley be another online seller.

However, can't see any sales on Amazon.

 How would you tell?

Figures from distribution are long delayed

You get revenue from sales. If you buy yourself direct from Lulu at the authors price you don't get revenue and the sales don't show under revenue. But they do under 'MY ORDERS'

Thanks! :smileywink:

Re: Sales confusion

Since the site's changes, Lulu seems to have gone completely haywire.  Some of my puclished works no longer show with the original product link, some of the links go to completely different products and only the links on my author spotlight seem reliable.
