On March 21, 2012, I purchased the basic cover design from Lulu and downloaded the photo for the front cover, text for the back cover and my vision of what I would like the cover to look like. I have had one e-mail from my coordinator saying she would be my coordinator, but have heard nothing more. When I send messages in the chat room, I get an automatic e-mail telling me to rate my service coordinator, but no actual news from my coordinator. Does anyone know an approximate wait time for this service? Today is April 10.
I am ready to publish except for this and eager to get on with it.

I think most of the people here do it themselves.
If you've paid for Lulu services then you have to chase them, if you're not happy I suggest you contact support.

Thank you for replying. I contacted support last week and again yesterday and hope, perhaps, I will hear from them soon. I will continue to chase them.

Just heard from my coordinator and saw the front and back of my book. They did just what I asked them to do. It is beautiful and I am thrilled!
Now to figure out how to do a spine if possible, download my novel and hope it is approved.
As Ken Anderson says, it just takes patience.

As Peter says, many of us design our own covers and most of those who do not just use what they find in the Cover Wizard, but as a cover designer myself I do not think you have had to wait very long!
Did Lulu not ask you about your book dimensions and also do a 1-piece cover for you?!
Lulu do not approve the printed books BTW.
