As far as I can tell it is saying that Waterstones is out of stock and that it is offering a sale from a third party seller, which is selling at a higher price than sold for originally by five pounds. I guess it is like amazon when they sell books by other people too.
I think maybe Waterstones sold out because they have to order then to then sell them. Even print on demand books have to ordered and held by these distributors. Maybe I am wrong but remember they are not lulu who can print more. They have to order them from lulu then send them. Maybe they have a stock they bought and stored for sale that has run out. I can't think of any other reason why they would put that.
What do you think?

I don't know. I only found out they are on the internet today. I will find out.
Can I ask is this a good start?

I don't know I have never done this before. I thought it was general practice. Is that not the case then?

I formatted it myself and had a cover made. It looks good. So in terms of quality it is as good as other books. But no I did nothing to promote it.
I think they must have seen it on amazon in the new books for the last 90 days.
It is at the top.
What do you think is this normal for this to happen?

No it was only listed the last couple of days. The 90 days is inclusive of last two or three. How do you know how well it is laid out?
