We are customers too, and although we sometimes see the same problems, usually going back a few steps solves it. At times it can look as if the Wizard has stalled when in fact it has not. I have seen the upload, and the conversion tools, seemingly do nothing at all, then going back and then Continue again shows that it has. It's very strange but often true. I have been using Lulu for years and not once have I had it stall for ever. One think I have learned is to delate a previous file from the uploader after uploading a revised one, or it can confuse the Wizard.
Not all such tools work the same either. Do you always empty your Temp files for example? Some on line tools can fill them up and not remove them, and that can confuse the tools.
Lulu's servers are old and slow and even the time of day can make a difference. But Lulu is free all the way to Amazon.
However, 1000s a day do manage to make it work.
