I wrote sometime ago about a friend in the US not being able to order my book. They have tried all their credit cards and still cannot get past the add to cart stage. I was told to sort out the cookies etc which I was told they did but still they cant get it. Why is it so difficult to order from Lulu.This is what they followed:-
1. Click the 'Add to Cart' button on the item's detail page to purchase an item.
2. Add or delete items in the shopping cart and click the 'Continue Shopping' or 'Checkout >>' button.
3. Add a shipping address then click the 'Save & Continue >>' button.
4. Select a shipping method by clicking on the desired method then click the 'Save & Continue >>' button.
5. Select your payment type and fill in the Billing address if necessary then click the 'Save & Continue >>' button.
6. Review your order for any errors and change them if necessary then click the 'Place Order' button.
7. If paying with Paypal you will be sent to the paypal
They also dealt with this:-
Not allowing Cookies can have that effect(not allowing you to order on line )so can some firewall settings. Also IE Temp folders need to be emptied often.
HELP I MAY BE LOSING ORDERS cos people arn't patient
