Printable version glitches

My copy of my book is perfect.  Lulu's copy of my book is also perfect.  Yeah!  The printable copy of my book is perfect until about page 161 and then some mystery blank lines appear messing up where future chapters begin.  Have tried all types of alterations to fix it, but I am unable.  Seeking suggestions.

If it does not look like your Print Ready PDF (viewed after the Conversion) then it is a printerhead problem and you need to tell Lulu about it.

Not sure what you mean about the two copies though. Are they both not Lulu printed?
