Payment of my revenue

I live in canada, I have over 120$ in revenue for my book, I still have not recieved any form of payment. How do I talk to some one about this problem. I am so frustrated. I have emaiiled LULU but I get the same answer to the FAQ about revenue , I need help please some one answer me why.

I assume your account details are up to date and your preferred mode of payment has been completed. Regarding the Supoort Help, I would strongly recommend using live chat. I think you will find the problem will be sorted out instantly.

I spent a long time thinking I wasn't being paid but then realised it was going into my paypal account. As I only ever tend to spend from paypal I didn't realise I had credits in there. I am a complete techno biff so apologise if my scenario insults your intelligence!!

As long as you're happy in the end. 

Once the first Paypal payment has been made the rest will follow regularly.

I have dowloaded the W9 tax form but cannot 'sign' it and do not see instructions for submitting the form to Lulu.  Can someone please tell me how to do this.  I have filled out the form necessary to be paid by PayPal.  I have just checked my account and there is nothing there although I have sold a few copies of my new book. 

I have looked everywhere on the site and do not see clear instructions regarding this issue.
