I'm not sure this is the right area to ask this question but I'll do it anyway. ;-)
Is there a way to set different prices for Lulu's selling page and for the extended reach distributors? i don't want to overprice my book but I would like to make a little more on books sold through Amazon and other outlets.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

My books are being listed on Amazon by a company called Origin Media from $187 - $265 approximately. At first I thought there must be an error. But when checking with Lulu and Amazon, I found out neither party has control over how third how a third party can price the product. It is hard enough to compete in the market with the price of Lulu books. I tried to find Origin Media in internet searches ... seems their web site is being reconstructed. There is a lot more to this. This company also claims to ship within two - three days ... I do not understand this outrageous scheme. I am getting ready to do a book tour. I am beginning to think I have no recourse but to pull my products from Amazon. If anyone else is having the same difficulty, or any suggestions as how to have someone make sense of all this, I would appreciate hearing from you.

There are many posts here on this forum concerning this company -- search for Origin.
If your books are already listed by Amazon (i.e. sold by Amazon, not Origin) or you intend to get them so listed then you'd be crazy to pull them off. Faced with a reasonable price from Amazon or a ridiculous price by Origin customers will buy from you.
Later Edit: I see your book is listed by Lulu, so you have a Lulu MarketPLACE deal. Origin saythe book is a hardback but you don't have a hardback version shown on your spotlight, but Origin often make this mistake.
I wouldn't worry - they can't sell what they don't have and your paperback version is available at a much cheaper price. Pulling your book will not stop it being listed by Origin. Better to be there and gain the sales.
If your books are not yet listed by Amazon then post a review and a forum entryon the Origin page at Amazon pointing out your book can be bought from Lulu.com at $100 less!
