Dear Hillary,

the situation is as follows: I have bought 3 Service packages (PBY Germany, each EUR 50,00) in 2007. Since Lulu had moved in the beginning of 2009 it took a very long time since March 2009 until my books could appear for the public in the beginning of September. Since October 22, 2009 I try as "Case 00347017" to get these books available for my customers.
Up to now these books are only availabe via my Lulu-shop (for this case ISBNs would not be necessary).
About all of my discussion with Lulu since October 22, 2009 is in English. You can read all information in English in your database.
The last information I received from Colin of Lulu was that these ISBNs would be my own ISBNs and I would have to buy (additionally?!) one of the new service packages of Lulu.

Please check this.

The Christmas business now cannot take place...

Max PBY Germany is very different than Uk so I'm not going to help you out. You did the correct then in starting a ticket and someone who can help you out will email you back as soon as possible.

Hillary, I am writing here, because I have since more than 2 weeks no answer from Lulu. Is there any way to get a response from Lulu, i.e. on an escalation forum?

Max,

When I looked at your ticket, an operator was already handling so it has already been escalated. Understand that at the holidays can slow things down a little but an operator has your ticket and is working on it, however slow it may seem.

On a side note, that ticket is only 4 days old so while the support issue may seem old, that ticket is less than 24 hours overdue so keep that in mind.

this ticket only seems to be new. This is only an automatic acknowledgement of receipt of Lulu for a reminder from my side.
The last real reaction of Lulu was from Colin L dated Wed, 25 Nov 2009 16:51:31 which way replied by me on the same day.

Thus, I am waiting for an answer since exactly 16 days.

Hillary - Thanks for letting me know what to do. I contacted them and they told me that the book is stuck in the system somewhere. They're investigating. Hopefully it'll be cleared soon
