Are you inundated with orders at the moment Lulu? My order has been classed as 'Fulfilling' since March 28th, 9 days ago. I guess the queue must be pretty long!
'Fulfilling – Your order has been queued for printing. Once the printing process is initiated, orders can no longer be canceled or modified.'

Yes, me too, I am still waiting for a proof since Mar 21; I am really angry about it. Even worse has been no response whatsoever from Customer Services - despite five emails now. Such terrible service. It's as if Lulu has taken leave of its senses.
The question I am strugglin with is why would I trust Lulu to handle my book, if they are treating me, the author, like this ?
