Lulu's Poor Standards Should be Addressed & Dealt with

Today is October 22nd 2010, since September we have been working with you to get this problem rectified. A file?
We have not received any files on behalf of Cyan Green for the following:
Murder with Absolute Intent, Paradise's Rushforth.
This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
When a company such as Lulu purports to have world class standards in publishing and printing, we expected such service to actually materialize.
This has not been the case.
Lulu so far, has been disappointing with this.
Your intimation that the file will be uploaded has NOT happened.
Why?
We are not satisfied with this.
If we do not see the results we are looking for, we will find an alternative publisher.
Also, despite our warning notice for Lulu's not printing our documents, we just received your shipment of a book which clearly stated by our team, not to print.
Our monies backed this, so we are not satisfied with the results.

Did you pay for this service? Most of us upload and convert the files ourselves using the Lulu Publishing Wizard, then supervise the galley proof production online, cost and price it and have to pay for distribution to boot. I would recommend that you read the FAQ for each step of publishing. The responsibility for the production, apart from the printing, is basically yours or your client's. Lulu does not have world class standards about anything, unless you are talking about the quality of the finished product.
