Just to recap, during the holiday season of 2009, Lulu posted the deadlines for submissions on their websites and they were just packs of lies. People started submitting their calendars as early as November of last year, paid for the fastest Express shipping and printing methods possible and they didn't arrive anywhere near on time. Many orders (mine for instance) were weeks and weeks late and many didn't even make it to their customers until after New Years when they were promissed before Christmas.Of course, since LuLu has no support email or phone number, it made mad customers even more irate. Eventually the orders all showed up late without even an appology or refund for paying for the priority service.
So, Lulu, you going to keep your promise this year? If we place orders within your deadline times are you actually going to deliver or is this going to be a repeat of last year?

I take such promises from most places with a pinch of salt. There are also what seem to be an amazing number of new lulu users with knowledge of lulu and moaning about them.

Adam,
Yes, you should receive your calendars in time. Did you file a case with customer service last year? You should have received a refund for at least the shipping if you did not receive your calendar in time.
