How to use 'My Files' & Upload files with FTP Video Tutorial

I saw this under your learning category, but I cannot seem to upload the tutorial.  Is it working?  I seem to have lost my cover creation in the step by step publishing process, but I see it is in My Files.  Is there a way to upload this cover I created to the cover creation page so I don't have to do it all over again?

Just go thro' the book process again and when you get to the cover stage select upload one piece cover.

Thanks, Ken.  My book is finally on the BUY site, and I like it.  Wow!  What a learning curve.  Thank you for all of your input and help, help, help.  My next book will be a lot easier, and I won't bother you so much!
