I purchased a book yesterday but can't read it. http://www.lulu.com/account/downloads.php is blank. I filed a ticket yesterday but no reply yet (issue number 00695769)

How do I read the book? Please help me.

I downloaded ADE but when I click downloads or the URL , I get a blank screen. What do I do?

i have the same problem. can not open downloads section nor the URL .

i do not know. my receipt says the ebook is ready for downloading.

I have noticed a delay over the last few days in a book making it to the Download area.

You should go to your My Lulu, My Downloads and see what is available there.

Give it an hour and if it is still not there then contact Support

 i would like to contact someone by phone b/c i am not getting anywhere with the website. the downloads section will not open, the page is always blank. i do not want to lose the opportunity to lose my ebook since i can not get a refund. i have sent support tickets and there has been no reply in terms of help.last ticket id is 00700580.please  help me asap.
