How to cancel iBooks version

When Lulu first announced the iBooks conversion service, I immediately opted out because my book uses font embedding and I don't think this will work on iBooks. Lulu has converted and published my book anyway.

How do I withdraw it from iBooks?

Thanks for any pointers. I can't find any settings in my account to give me control over this.

They should have sent you an email with instructions how to opt out of the iBooks storefront.

Yes, they sent me an email with instructions to email an optout address. I did that immediately, but they've ignored my optout and gone ahead and published anyway.

Thanks for this pointer too, but I don't see an ebook in my list of projects, and when I go to revise the project I can only see the Print and Download versions and not the iBooks version (which has a different, and somewhat arbitrary price).

If your book has just appeared on iBookstore it may take a couple of days to appear on your list of products or maybe its already there but below the recent project, click on 'View All'.
