How do you receive your revenue from your book?

Hi! I'm publishing a book using ExtendedREACH and I had a question. Once your book is published, if you set the price to earn you revenue, how will you receive the revenue you earned? Thanks for your time.

I just recieved my first payment through paypal no problems at all, i recieved it at the end of May but i believe you have to meet a minimum amount before being paid ( £5 Uk )
