How do you find Artists and Illustrators ? Where do you look for them? [ Edited ]

Hello!

I am an artist and I was talking with a fellow artist and they'd said many Print on Demand books authors are often in search of illustrators. I'd like to know where you all search for them? What methods do you go about to discover them?

I'd like to know so I can list my services at these locations and be easier found by those that are looking  for covers or interior art.
