Hello David,
I lost a royalty check, but found it after it was too old to deposit at my bank. It was the bank who told me they would not accept it. How do I get a replacement check? It is check number 0000136837 dated Aug 12, 2011.

Maybe because she works for Lulu, as the Lulu icon by her name indicates.
