Hello,
I would like to communicate with a real person at Lulu via email about making my new book available for sale to the public via Lulu. I've read all I can find on the site about royalties, cost estimates, etc., and I still need a little warm and fuzzy assurance that I understand correctly.
My attempts to communcate with a rep through your "support page" have been unsuccessful. When I click that page I get a message that the page is not accessible.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Michael

The problem is that I cannot use the support page to talk to a Lulu rep. When I click on that page I get an error message.
Thanks for clarifying that this is a user forum. I was hopeful that Lulu might monitor it and follow up with me.
I appreciate your endouragement to post my question here, but I doubt that users can quote me Lulu's retail price for a 216 page hard cover 5x7 book, or tell me what my royalty would be. Those are my key questions.
Thanks again. Maybe something will come from this communication.

Well, yes we can direct you where to find the answers to this questions. (As Ken said, we have thousands of (wo)man hours experience and those of us who've been around the Lulu block a few times can usually direct you to the answers to most of the questions
)
Firstly, Lulu does not offer 5x7 books in any binding types. The sizes Lulu offers are listed on this page: http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Product-Information/Bin
So you'll have to choose a size Lulu offers. You will need to adjust your formatting to the size you finally choose once you've chosen one of the sizes Lulu offers.
The book printing costs (i.e. the cost to you for the binding fee and per page print costs) are listed on this page: http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Product-Information/How
As to royalty, it's whatever you set it at.
As to retail price settings, see these pages:
http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Publishing-Process/How-
http://www.lulu.com/en/includes/calc_retail_inc.ph
Hope that helps.

I have four novels which, due to my own error, are priced at $42 on Amazon. How do I change this?
