I have been having trouble recently uploading files until I heard from Ken Anderson, my problems were over. Ken has built a wonderful video which is pretty much idiot (me) proof and guides you through the process from beginning to end. I would strongly suggest, you check out Ken's tutorial video, you won't ever regret it.

It worked perfectly for me and I used a free FTP client. Thanks Ken and James for telling us about it.

That's a laugh Trevor, never get another query on uploading? I wouldn't hold my breath. I have lost count of the number of times I have saw posts about queries re. uploading and been told to read the threads on the Forum. I must confess I have done it myself but then, I really am a computer dumbo.

I agree! I love to write, but hate when it comes to interior formatting. For my latest book, I put my trust in Ken and was not disappointed. I got to sit back and relax while he created the perfect pdf that was ready to upload to Lulu.
I received a copy of my novel on Saturday and was thrilled to see how wonderful it turned out. ![]()

I have 21 books on Barnes & Noble (nook) and Amazon (kindle). No problem with them. Here on LULU it's a nightmare. I uploaded 5 and still get "junk" about they're not formatted correctly. Evidently those in charge don't know beans about ebook publishing or they're only novices. Besides, the nook and kindle are the best in ebook distribution with all my books already global. For the time and effort expended, LULU is not worth "working" at for ebook distribution of my work. Its inexperience in the ebook field has forced me to give too much of my writing time (I'M ON MY 22ND BOOK) to its inexperience. I think LULU must have archaic "equipment." Consequently, I'm dropping Lulu and returning to my writing. And I advise other writers to do likewise. It's just not worth it.
