Haven't recieved my money!?!?

Its been 3 months and I should have gotten my money, I made about 825$ and I was suppose to get my check in the beginning of Feb and i'm scared I won't get this money. I set it up so I could get this money sent to my house and I haven't gotten anything? HELP

From my experience whenever a payment of anytype is made to you it is noted to your account. Check under your revenue and see if that clears up your problem. Hope this helps.

The next lot of revenue cheques (checks) are due to be sent out on 15 February. See this help page: http://connect.lulu.com/t5/Creator-Revenues-FAQ/When-are-creator-revenues-paid/ta-p/32864

Also, if you have a PayPal account, you get paid monthly, around the 15th of the month, rather than quarterly (see the Help page I mentioned above).

I wouldn't panic until at least a week after that if you're in the US (if USPS is anything like Australia Post). If you do need to hit the panic button, then the panic button is located on the Support page: http://www.lulu.com/support/

I recommend you to use Paypal for your your receipts if possible.

Thank you, Belinda, for posting the link to the payment information. You rock! As Belinda points out, checks out sent out quarterly, and so you will receive your first royalty check on that schedule. As both Ken and Belinda point out, with Paypal payments you are paid once a month. If you prefer that method, then I would recommend checking it out. If you get paid via Pay Pal - how do you actually get the money? Is it a credit card credit that is posted to the credit card you have on file or what?

No cheques, no credit cards kust credited to the Lulu'ers Paypal Account.

....of course one does need a Paypal account in the first place.
