I want to produce a 6x9 full bleed photographic catalog. Every page is a full color image. All my page files are pdfs and sized 6.25x9.25" @300. I uploaded everything and the result is that I have 1/8" white on the top of each page and 1/16" on the right of each page. I revised my project and composed ONE pdf with all the files and uploaded again- an 8 hour upload. I have the same problem- white on the top and right. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I thank you, in advance for any help. Tim

Plus, separate PDFs are iffy for full bleed, assuming you can get round the Mac problem, then whatever you use, create just one PDF. Plus, do not use bleed settings in any programme, the Lulu system does not need them, but more importantly, cannot process them, simply make the extra for bleed part of the dimensions of the file. One other thing which used to trip some people up, source files within the PDF should also have the extra for bleed, not just the eventual PDF. Maybe it will be just the Mac prob as Ken says, but nowt wrong with a bit more info.

I am most thankful for Ken Anderson solving my full bleed problems. Many, many thanks to Ken.

Hi Ken,
I am having the same problems, and I create the PDFs in Acrobat on a Mac.... The files are formatted with the extra .25" but I get a book with a white strip at the top. When viewing them in Acrobat or Preview, and on Lulu 'preview' there is no problem... What can I do? Thanks... Trong
