FTP'd file does not show in My Files list...

Hi.

We're having a problem uploading an FTP file: The file appears to upload fine, but does not show in the file list. We've tried four times now, the FTP process gets to the end, and then the file disappears from the remote server.

Is there a bug with the uploading system, or do we have too many files in the space allocated to us (and thus have reached capacity?)?

Any advice welcome!

I've noticed that occasionally.
Try going through the book wizard until you get to the stage to add the file. Then see if it is there.
Alternatively go thro' the types of file, project links, etc in My Files

Hi there Nick.

We've tried Ken's suggestion and still cannot find the file. 

We've just finished uploading it again, apparently successfully, but it still does not show in the My Files list.

Very frustrating.

We've also contacted your customer service team and asked them what the problem is, and whether they can locate the file.

Any help/suggestions, much appreciated, as we're keen to complete our project and put it on sale.

I'm having the exact same issue.  Filezilla reports that my files have been successfully uploaded onto the Lulu FTP site, but the files fail to appear in My Files.  My project number is 13117362.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I use SmartFTP. Never had any problem. When I reach the stage where I am prompted to upload my file, I go into my file folder, whose thumbnail is at the top of the page, and select the one I have uploaded for this project. There is nowhere for it to be seen until I get there.
