I listed a book using Extended Reach at the beginning of June. To my knowledge, it passed all inspections, but if I click Manage under the My Lulu tab, I still get the standard screen stating that it has been submitted for extended reach distribution and it may take 6-8 weeks to list. I hope that waiting 16 weeks without hearing anything is not being impatient, but I am curious to know what is going on? I am content for now if it is simply a matter of Amazon being backlogged, but I would like to know that extended reach submissions are not simply lost in limbo.
Thanks in advance for any responses!

I paid for global reach on 20 July, and nothing has happened. I contacted Lulu ten days ago quering this, and have not had a reply.

Sounds like something went amiss, I submitted my first title at the end of August and it just showed up at Amazon this week. So yours should be there as well by now.
One thing I did notice however, is that Amazon's search is very spotty. I could only find my title after I tried three different searches, and the first one should have easily found it, but it didn't. So I don't know if they have different databases that searches look through that are out of sync, but keep trying to find it with different searches, it might actually be there.
Also, the author metadata was not brought over for my title, so I had to have them add that. But then I was able to create an authors spotlight and everything.

Just a data point for a title that went through the process successfully.

Thank you, Ken. I will try that. Unfortunately all methods of searching/all keyword combinations have turned up empty. To resubmit this project, do I need to delete it from Lulu and recreate it? Should I make a new revision? Is there simply a way to cancel Extended Reach and reapply it?
Thank you for all the help!

I prefer Extended Reach to Global Reach. I did 10 titles on GR and eventually switched them to ER.
