If there are any sales - you should still see them show up on your dashboard and will receive payment for them.

I agree this is a serious COPYRIGHT infringement issue with them taking material they were not authorized to distribute and assuming they could do as they pleased with the material. However, I have not had any more books converted since the intitial ones that I retired as soon as finding - I did have one recorded sale and was paid for it.

Thanks again.  My sales are recent and I have changed my payment preferences.  I didn't even have any set up, since I never used Lulu for sales or distribution.  I have rec'd a reply from Lulu but am still working on the deleting from B&N issue and Books In Print.  I'm  just glad it was uncovered.
