Distribution To B&N Nook...They Took My Book Off Their Site!!!!

Hi Everyone!

Ken Anderson was so helpful in transforming my paperback into an eBook for distribution on Nook.  Well at first it showed up at the wrong price and I found out why.  I sent them an email and then this morning, the book was not to be found anywhere. B&N told me in an email that my book first has to be in their warehouse for it to be on Nook.  I was not aware of this.  Using Lulu I thought once it was accepted in distribution it would automatically be on Nook.  I'm not happy.  But it is on Amazon.com for Kindle.  So I guess one is better than none.  Can anyone tell me if they experienced this also?

What has to be in B&N's warehouse? A printed version of all ePubs? I doubt that is true. No, I have just looked and only my ePubs are there, but oddly not all the ones that are supposed to be!
Odder still, First I searched for my name, then for the title of a series I write, and the second search brought up the 'missing' ones. Bizarre.
Perhaps it would have been a good idea to ask Lulu why your book has vanished from B&N first? It is them who put it there.
