Distribution Status : What happen after "Listed"

Dear All,

I have been checking the Distribution page for a week and the status keep showing "Listed". Refer to "How to use the eBook Manage Distribution Page", Listed appears mean lulu team has sent my eBook out to the retailer, but how do I know my eBook is being accepted and available to them? What the status will change to? And usually how long it takes to know the result?

Lulu does not report any further. You must check the Apple iBookstore and B&N Nook yourself.

Time scale - a few days to a few weeks.
