I had the exact same reply from Lulu, but mine were ordered on the 22nd of March and were never shown as being shipped. In fact the orders still show as "Fulfilling", even now. So it would seem that the fault is not down to Royal Mail, besides, mine were due to be sent via Ground, presumably by DPD. It seems that Lulu has messed up a whole load of orders made in the week following the website update on the 17th of March. Mine were all needed by the book's author so that he could hand them out at an important family gathering today, and were ordered well in advance, but obviously it is now too late. I was promised compensation by Live Chat, which I would obviously pass on to the author, but even if some compensation is made this would be little comfort now!

I don't know about anybody else but my books STILL haven't arrived.
I ordered it on 18th March and it has now been a FULL MONTH and I have received absolutely nothing! I cannot believe the hopelessness of this entire situation. It is absolutely pathetic. Lulu hasn't even sent me an email acknowledging the order or anything - it is as though they've literally just robbed me and walked away.
I had ordered three copies of my book to give to family and have instead been waiting to share the one copy that I had ordered on the 2nd April. I had assumed that, when Lulu sent me an email stating they would soon locate and deliver the lost books, I would have them within a week or two at the very latest.
I am never ordering from Lulu again and frankly wish to have nothing to do with this company. I am tempted to report Lulu to the Office of Fair Trading if I do not receive a refund in haste. Please can somebody tell me how I would go about getting a rapid refund?
