Does anybody know which courier Lulu uses in the UK? I may try to contact the courier directly to determine if they have my order.
I really don't want to place another order with Lulu. I don't know why they are not replying to my emails even though they have replied to other people. If my order doesn't arrive this afternoon I think I will try to self-publish with another company before considering Lulu again.

For a book printed in the UK with the standard shipping option then its Royal Mail.
Normally delivery is within a few days but very occassionally things can get lost in the post.
Unfortunately Lulu won't respond to lost mail in less than a 28 day period.
My advice would be to place a fresh order today - with a bit of luck and a following wind you should get the new order by the end of the week.
Then you can fight out a refund.
I'm assuming of course this is just a normal paperback book with standard paper.

I've reluctantly ordered another copy of my book. I really hope that it arrives by the end of the week though I seriously doubt it.
The fact that Lulu are not replying to my emails and there is no phone number suggests that I will find it very difficult in arranging a refund of any kind. I cannot believe the headache this is causing me, it is appalling.

I have the same problem - the email confirmation i have say my book shipped on 23rd March.
But today is the 2nd of April and it still hasn't arrived.
I emailed them and this is the reply i got back today.... so the fault seems to be with a batch of orders, not the royal mail as such for once - maybe a van load went missing.. or the lulu system never made any books ordered on a set day?!?!? But the way they say "currently in the process of locating and reshipping" makes it sound like a box load of peoples orders is still sat at lulu HQ and missed the delivery van?!
I'm gutted though, i really need the book asap, the 5 working days max it would have normally have took would have been fine, but not this Not good at all
We identified a system issue and have put processes into place to resolve this. We are also currently in the process of locating and re-shipping these item(s). A status update will be provided to you via email in approximately 2 days.
