Where do we find information about Cover Design?
Can we include a picture on the back of the cover of the Author?
Do we get to write any information on the front and back folds of the cover?
Is there a template we are required to use?
What are the perameters?

Once you get to the Cover Stage of the Publishing Wizard all the information is there.
You will a good tutorial here.

The cover design wizard is a good program that has a number of selections you can choose from, and although I founjd it a little confusing at first (I'm too used to my own preferred software programs) I later realized how simple it is to do what I wanted.
You can put a picture on the front and on the back, if you choose to. A number of the templates allow for this, while others don't. You just have to look at the different options provided,.
I don't think there is a way to put anything on the inside folds, unless perhaps you go with a hard-cover and use a jacket, which can be done through the cover wizard.

With a dust cover for a hard back book you can print on:
inside fold front cover, front cover, spine, rear cover, inside fold rear cover.

I think there's a little confusion on this, you can add content to the flap, yes, but the flap is only on the inside courtesy of it beng a flap, ie, folded over, you cannot print on the inside of the flap, nor the inside covers of any book.
