Book set to right size but is still being changed?

Does anyone know if there is an issue with the uploader as I downloaded the A5 template and even though I used that and choose the A5 book size the uploader is STILL resizing the book?

Why is this happening? I haven't used lulu for awhile but I can't see what I'm doing wrong?

Perhaps the template is wrong? Not many people bother with them.

It's not the 'uploader' though, it's the Convertor.

Unfortunately, without the ability to look at your project in the publishing wizard, and the document that you are uploading for your interior, it is hard to diagnose the reason for the re-sizing issue that you are experiencing.

If the problem is still occurring, I recommend that you visit the support page, and select the live chat option to discuss the problem with a support agent. They will be able to access the project and could help you find the source of the error.

You could also open an email support case with a description of the problem; just be sure to include the project ID number (to the left of your title in your My Projects list) so the agent will know which project you are working on.

There is a 'bug' that may cause that which started last time the Wizard/s where updated. There has been no posting to say it has yet been fixed.
BTW. By resizing do you mean it is actually telling you it is doing, or that there are more pages than you started with?

It says that it has resized the page to match the book size (the page count went from about 306 to 310).

Odd thing I transferred the document to my wife's laptop and it comes out as the same pages as when I upload it.

Must have been my PC doing something weird.
